* - you can use Cm and F as well here but you may want to figure that out against the recording.
I've just written a simplified version that can be ad-libbed and interpretted to the musician's view
(pretentious I know sorry)

[Verse 1]
G
Take a look at the clock
G
Only so long to go
G
Scrubbing smooth young skin
G
Saying I don't know
G
Grab a bag, grab a bottle but leave the what if;
G
You'll see it in the morning after your tricks.
C Am G
Mmmmmmmm
C Am G
Mmmmmmmm

[Verse 2]
G
All you will need for a rocking good time
G
Is a bunch of people who don't give a damn
G
There's a yes, in your head, gotta find where it's at!
G
You'll lose it in the morning but ignore that.

C Am G
Mmmmmmmmm
C Am G
Mmmmmmmmm

[Chorus]
C
We're not bruised
        D
They're just, party tattoos
         G
And that colourful mess
        Em
Is just colourful regret
C
Black lipstick
     D
will never be a sin
      G
We'll regret it when we're old
      Em C
with wrinkled up skin regret it when we're old
     D
with wrinkled up
C Am G
Skinnnn
C Am G
Mmmm

[Verse 3]
G
My mummy said to always wear a coat
G
But it's warm and it's heavy and we're trying to float
G
Don't forget, she'll be right when it's 3am,
G
So shiver, but shiver with a friend.

[Chorus]
C
We're not bruised
        D
They're just, party tattoos
         G
And that colourful mess
        Em
Is just colourful regret
C
Black lipstick
     D
will never be a sin
      G
We'll regret it when we're old
      Em
with wrinkled up skin
C
We're not bruised
        D
They're just, party tattoos
         G
And that colourful mess
        Em
Is just colourful regret
C
Black lipstick
     D
will never be a sin
      G
We'll regret it when we're old
      Em C
with wrinkled up skin regret it when we're old
    D C
with wrinkled up skin
(C D G Em for the "regret it when we're old" canon-ish bit)
C Am G
Oooh*

[Verse 4]
G
Write a postcard to you at eighty four
G
Tell em you'd never dream of living behind a door
G
Life was fun, full of love, full of hopeful smiles
G
Bet you wish you were here, but I'll see you in a while

(add a C at the ends of some of these lines if you want but G will cover it)

[Chorus]
C
We're not bruised
        D
They're just, party tattoos
         G
And that colourful mess
        Em
Is just colourful regret
C
Black lipstick
     D
will never be a sin
      G
We'll regret it when we're old
      Em C
with wrinkled up skin
C
We're not bruised
        D
They're just, party tattoos
         G
And that colourful mess
        Em
Is just colourful regret
C
Black lipstick
     D
will never be a sin
      G
We'll regret it when we're old
  Em C
with wrinkled up skin regret it when we're old
     D C
with wrinkled up skin

I like to use E7 instead of Em. It's easier to switch and sounds a little better to me.

Pluck all the strings in a row, then pluck the bottom 3(G, C, E, or D, G, B, ) then repeat, and in the chorus do single down strums/ pluck all four strings dodie plays it on her baritone, but it works on both

I think the strumming is something like DDUDU
