We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We process your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions and our data protection policy.

1. Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?

The data controller is the company that defines for which use and how your personal data is used. The personal data collected on our websites and mobile applications is processed by the company under German law Websun Solutions UG, Erich-Weinert-Str. 29, 10439 Berlin, Germany. 2. Security & confidentiality

In order to protect your data, all data you provide us with is encrypted according to the TLS (Transport Layer Security) security standard. TLS is a secure and tested standard, used for example for online banking. You can recognise the TLS secure connection, for example by the « s » after the « http » in the URL displayed in your browser (thus https: //.), or from the padlock symbol shown in the browser tab. The personal data we collect is stored only in a secure environment in Switzerland and is processed confidentially. However, we would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) may be subject to security gaps. It is not possible to protect data against access by third parties without security gaps.

3. What are your rights regarding the use of your personal data?

In accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data, you can withdraw your consent and exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation and portability through our [contact form]. Data entered in the member area can be deleted or modified at any time directly in your member area. If you proceed by e-mail or post, you must indicate your surname, first name, e-mail and address and mention the reason for your request and/or the right you wish to exercise. A reply will then be sent to you within 1 month of receipt of the request. At our request, the exercise of your rights may be accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing your signature in order to verify your identity. You also have the right to file a claim with the National Commission for Information Technology and Civil Liberties (CNIL), in particular on its website www.cnil.fr.

4. Why do we collect your personal data?

We may collect your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Management of user and customer relations for our paid and free services: user registration, possible purchases; invoices; accounting; loyalty programme; monitoring of customer and member relations, management of complaints and after-sales service, management of requests for access, rectification and opposition rights, management of outstanding payments and litigation ;

  • Security of our sites and fight against fraud and illegal content : We collect certain navigation data to enable us to ensure the security of our services and to detect, prevent or trace any attempt at malicious or computer intrusion or any violation of the terms of use of our services or the law.

  • Operations relating to canvassing and advertising: loyalty actions, canvassing, surveys, product testing, promotions and solicitations, the organisation of competitions, lotteries or any promotional operation, the drawing up of commercial statistics, targeted advertising; for more information on our policy on cookies and plug-ins, please see our article 12.

  • Customer knowledge and the statistics and performance of our sites: We may use data to better understand our members and customers or for statistical purposes to analyse the activity on our sites and improve the services we offer. We conduct audience measurement, for example, we measure the number of page views, the number of visits to the site, as well as visitor activity on the site and the frequency with which they return.

5. Retention period

In principle, personal data relating to our members cannot be retained beyond the duration of your registration. However, data which enable proof of a right or contract to be established, or which are kept in order to comply with a legal obligation, may be the subject of an interim archiving policy for a period not exceeding the duration necessary for the purposes for which they are kept, in accordance with the provisions in force. Most data (e.g. user account information and publication history) is kept for as long as you are a registered member.
